Concert strengthens its board for 2020

Concert, in London, has announced the appointment of three Directors to further strengthen the leadership team for its planned strategic growth in key sectors and markets.

The internal promotions include Daniel Wright as Director of Quantity Surveying and Nicholas Payne as Director of Health and Safety, and Tom Bishop as Director of Project Management, who re-joined Concert at the end of 2019.

These additional Director roles in key positions will bring new opportunities for Concert as it expands further within major markets.

Daniel Wright

Daniel is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in providing expert cost and procurement advice to clients across an extremely wide range of projects and sectors, including data centre, commercial and retail. Since joining Concert in 2001, Daniel has managed the successful delivery of cost management services to over 1 million sq ft of offices and 40 data centres across the UK and mainland Europe.  Daniel’s reputation for providing clear, concise and measured advice in sometimes challenging circumstances, has ensured long standing relationships with a host of top-tier clients.

Nicholas Payne

Nicholas is experienced in delivering projects across the residential, commercial, private and public sectors, which he has done for the last 10 years. Nicholas is a Chartered Safety Professional, having qualified whilst gaining practical experience within the industry. Since joining Concert in 2016, Nicholas has established a business unit with an excellent reputation within the industry, being recently promoted to Director level to oversee the newly formed Concert H&S Ltd.

Tom Bishop

Tom re-joins Concert from Future54 where he had the role of Senior Project Manager specialising in hotel and leisure. Tom started his career in 2006 as a Trainee Project Manager for Concert, leaving as a Project Manager after eight years. He has delivered projects for blue-chip clients, developers and owner occupiers over 14 years, on both the UK national and international stages. Tom has overseen and delivered a combined 950 Hotel Keys (from 3* to 5*); 750 residential units (incl. prime); 400,000 sq ft of office space and over 100 MW of data centres.
