Concert were appointed to provide cost management, principal designer services and employer’s agent services on the demolition of an existing 1970’s office and the rebuild of 73 Brook Street.
The building provided our client’s UK Headquarters and various associated companies together with high quality commercial space at lower levels for potential tenants.
