Describe a typical day at work
Everyday brings something different, in the morning i usually make a list of deadlines, and prioritise accordingly. A typical day includes:
- Working on bid documents such as RFPs, ITTs or SQs
- Updating our website and social media channels
- Creating graphics to use across our website and socials.
What’s your background?
Worked in several industries but have worked in the construction industry for 7 years. I started my career in a beauty start-up, then a supplier of tools, then Rail, to Consultancy.
Industry advice
Don’t be afraid to try different industries at the start of your career. Be interested and intrigued and remember Marketing can be applicable in any industry.
Proudest project at Concert?
Shaping the marketing strategy – able to give my ideas and implement them.
Which building (can be anywhere in the world and any type of building) do you love the most?
The Shard – What’s not to love about this iconic building in your own country plus I get to see it everyday when I’m in the office.
What are three items you would take with you to a desert island and why?
Heinz Beans (for food), Toothbrush (can’t live without brushing my teeth), Matchsticks (for warmth)

Where is your favourite place you have been on holiday and why?
New York! Shopping, food, and the people.
