Concert provided full quantity surveying services on the project, working as part of a dynamic team to help deliver this high quality development
Max Davidson, Director from Lucrum Holdings, said:
‘We have worked with Concert on a complex and demanding project over a long period of time and see them as one of our key consultants in whom we can trust. Their hands-on, pragmatic approach to the management of the costs and the lengthy tender process has contributed to the project’s success and they have been integral member of the team. We have established a good relationship with the people at the company and will be looking to continue that relationship on future projects too.’
Concert is thrilled to have been a part of this transformation of Bournemouth town centre and to bring such a vibrant and exciting leisure complex to the area. The project involved a lengthy planning process over many years and Concert were alive to the need to update the scheme costs to reflect the changing economic circumstances during the lengthy pre contract period. We negotiated a secure contract sum on a design and build basis with the successful contractor which provided our client with financial security on this complex project.
