Concert performed the cost consultancy for John Lewis in White City, Westfield, which opened on 20th March 2018. The project was a fit-out of White City John Lewis unit, as anchor tenant, which was part of the extension to the existing shopping centre and John Lewis plc.
In collaboration with Brooker Flynn Architects, the 230,000 sq ft project was completed in 27 weeks. Concert provided Cost Management services which included cost estimating, tendering the scheme, negotiating the contract sum, drafting the contract, post contract administration and agreement of the final account by practical completion.

Interestingly, this project was the largest single unit fit-out delivered in 2017/2018. The project was completed and opened in time with the rest of the Westfield extension.
