The project included the refurbishment of circa 60,000 sq ft of office space to Category A standard including the remodelling of the ground floor reception and expanding the existing bicycle storage area and shower facilities.
The building was multi-tenanted and in occupation throughout, requiring careful management of the on-site works with the building management team so as to not disrupt the building users.
