Concert provided cost management services on this retail development in the centre of Bournemouth. The area includes a number of well known restaurants, including Las Iguana’s, Nandos, Five Guys and many more.
In addition, it is home to one of Odeon’s flagship cinemas, which includes the state of the art ISENSE screen – measuring in at 16.5m x 7m (54ft x 30ft), accompanied by sound through 56-channel speakers, equipped with 4k ultra-high definition projection system. Furthermore, the project includes parking for 175 vehicles.
