Concert supported the major renovation of this prestigious 5 star hotel located at Park Lane, Mayfair. The project combined the total removal of all internal and external elements with remodelling and refurbishment of public areas and operations space over 9 storeys and sub-basements. All guestrooms/suites, restaurants and bars were reconfigured and redesigned. Additionally an entirely new floor spa, wellness and gym facilities were added. The total floor area is 24,000 sq m with 192 keys.
Concert provided full cost management and project management services. Furthermore, Concert acted as procurement facilitator, design and construction facilitator, contract administrator and CDM Advisor Role.
