This project involved a number of upgrade works to this luxury hotel. The works consisted of alterations to the terrace at ground floor level, alteration to the 5th floor dormers, changing of a suite into two rooms, creation of a Martini lounge at ground floor level, a roof terrace, tea room and fish & chip kiosk.
The hotel, which first opened in 1854, is a Grade II Listed building and sits at the southern end of the 67 acre regeneration site next to both Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Concert provided project management and cost management services.
