Commercial refurbishment
Concert provided cost management, project management and CDM adviser services on the fit out of circa 70,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation in the City of London. The project created client event space of circa 15,000 sq ft and CAT B office accommodation of 55,000 sq ft to a LEED platinum standard. This space was delivered to an exceptionally high standard, showcasing the client’s business to their customers. This involved structural modifications to create a new staircase linking two floors and innovative audio visual and multimedia installations.
