Commercial refurbishment
This project involved the refurbishment of 450,000 sq ft corporate office whilst 1,500 staff were in occupation. The works included the full strip out back to shell and core and subsequent reinstatement to CAT C, including replacement of VAV to chilled water air conditioning, significant upgrade of services infrastructure to a business critical data centre and installation of high quality conference and banqueting facilities. Disaster recovery trading floors needed to be maintained throughout the works. Concert provided cost management and CDM Adviser services.
