Concert were instrumental in the refurbishment of the prestigious Marriott Park Lane 5 star hotel in Mayfair. The project included the total renovation of 152 guestrooms, restaurant and all internal areas such as lobby, executive lounge including meeting rooms to a high quality finish.
External elements such as landscaping and facade were also included in the project scope, as well as back of house areas and basement leisure club and swimming pool area.
Concert provided full project management, CDM Advisor and employer’s agent services for the duration of the project. This was a key role, managing and coordinating the design team, multi-stakeholders and reporting directly to Marriott.
