This scheme comprises 618 3 star keys and school incorporated into the pan-district mixed use development. The whole masterplan spans the former North Westminster Community School site, covering 1.48 hectares. It will regenerate the area, creating a new residential quarter that connects the development to the wider area, especially for pedestrians, and creates new public spaces.
The hotel works include the segregation of two different hotel offers with the above ground works completed over an existing basement. Concert has provided cost planning support during a process of challenging building technologies used and tailoring the building to the needs of the intended tenants.
