Head office fit out
Pearson are a large publishing and education organisation that engaged Concert to support their CAT A & CAT B head office fit out. The scope included meeting/conference rooms and staff catering facility.
The project featured innovative air source heat pumps installed to provide heating for hot water to the café installation. This reduced the carbon footprint and maintained the BREEAM Excellent rating. A particular challenge on this scheme was integrating the staff canteen into the project as a post contract variation.
Concert helped resolve this by the early appointment of a catering design specialist to provide the contractor with clear employers requirements.
