Commercial refurbishment
Concert provided cost management and CDM Co-ordination services on the reinstatement of 300,000 sq ft of recently vacated commercial space which will be marketed to prospective tenants.
The scope of the project included the full strip-out back to shell and core and subsequent reinstatement to CAT A standard, including an upgrade to the services infrastructure and refurbishment of the core areas.
The works also included the creation of a new 3 level atrium, new facade and a new reception at level, serviced by two scenic glass lifts.
