What is the most rewarding part of your role?
Knowing that my contributions within Concert are recognised and that I am appreciated by my work colleagues and the client, which ultimately allows me to lead a healthy work-life balance.
What is the most interesting place you’ve travelled to with work?
Saudi Arabia, near Jazan. 100ft dunes and pristine Red Sea coral.
What does your workday look like?
The day involves reporting to the leadership, meeting with specialist consultants from both the client and the main contractor’s team and walking the site. I believe that engaging personally with site teams at all levels, every day, builds a very healthy, respectful working environment. The information gained during these site walks is current, insightful and most importantly accurate.
What is the best piece of industry advice you’ve been given?
Every day is a school day…so don’t be afraid to put up your hand and ask…
What is your favourite hobby/ personal interest?
I enjoy painting with water colours, tickling the ivories and playing badminton.
What are your goals for 2023?
To successfully deliver the work I am currently engaged with and to complete my home DIY list!
