MIPIM, arguably, the best place to be for the property world since it was established in 1990.

Teeming with the most influential players from all international property sectors, MIPIM is soon to return for 2023. The global event brings together key players with a whole host of talks, thought leadership, awards and networking events. MIPIM is a platform for innovation, development opportunities and global capital to drive change.

The event takes places in Cannes from the 14th to 17th March 2023, a high profile show that attracts companies from over 80 countries, with over 20,000+ participants expected to attend.

Vitally decarbonisation is at the forefront of MIPIM, with a dedicated zone of over 400 sqm, where corporates, cities, investors & innovation will showcase pragmatic cases and solutions, with the collective industry goal to accelerate on the road to net zero.

The event will explore the latest trends in technology, engaging with ESG strategy from sustainable investments, carbon neutral construction, asset management, refurbishment recycling, renewable energy, energy efficiency, building management, mobility.

The message from the leaders speaking on the Road to Zero Stage at MIPIM 2023 is united: the road to net zero is about collaboration, sharing and creating transparency along the entire value chain of the built environment. The dedicated programme gathering some of the biggest names in the decarbonisation transition: the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC), the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC).

New for this year is Co-Liv Summit, a major new international event on the rising trend of coliving will take place, this is a rising trend, at the intersection between people and places, powered by major investment opportunities.

Positioned right in the centre of MIPIM is the London Stand, a place where the community comes together to develop, and uncover new investment opportunities. It hosts the chance for consultants to display skills and expertise, obtain new projects and build relationships through networking.
