Concert have provided cost management, contract administration and CDM co-ordinator support to Ark on multiple phases of development across their Cody Park campus.
Our commission commenced with supporting the initial site clearance and enabling works and continued through to the progressive construction of 5nr data centre buildings, delivering a total IT load of circa 50MW.
All projects were delivered using the NEC3 contract form.
