Concert provided cost management services for this design & build M&S store. The 46,000 sq ft store is a constitution outlet of a new shopping complex in the town. The project included fit out of GIA developers’ shell to provide store trading at ground and first floor levels. The scheme also included a 9,931 sq ft food hall and 2,708 sq ft cafe.
